The following are some of the site's most frequently asked questions. If any of your questions are not answered here please feel free to ask me by open a support ticket or live chat through the support page.

Payments and Subscriptions

1. Do you accept VISA?
• Yes, most major credit and debit cards are accepted. This includes any credit or debit cards with a VISA logo. Discover and JBC are also accepted... all through CCBill.
  
  
2. Do you accept PayPal?
• I am no longer able to accept PayPal recurring subscriptions. If you wish to join through PayPal please contact me and I will be happy to help you.
  
  
3. Can I send a payment through the mail?
• Yes, I accept money orders (international money orders), checks drawn on US banks, and concealed cash in USD. Payment details including my mailing address are located on my join page.
  
  
4. What address do I send my payment to?

5. How will my subscription show up on my credit card statement?
• CCBill - "CCBill.com*Slip Closet"  -  PayPal - "SALS PLACE"
  
  
6. Why is my username and password not working?
• Username and passwords are CASE SENSITIVE! Please make sure you are entering in your username and password the same was as when you created it. Other reasons for your login to not be working would include it not being set up yet if you have joined with PayPal. Remember, I manually add all members who join with PayPal. You must allow 24 hours for us to activate your subscription. You will receive an email as soon as you are activated. Finally, your login may not work due to your membership expiring. If you wish to enjoy more of the site then simply rejoin. The best way to avoid having this problem is to select recurring billing.
  
  
7. When will my account be activated?

   • For PayPal, within 24 hours after receiving your payment and your desired username and password. With CCBill your login is INSTANT.
8. How can I cancel my membership?

   • Simply go to the cancel page and click either the PayPal or CCBill button. You must cancel at least 1 day prior to your recurring payment. If your membership recurs because you forgot to cancel you are not entitled to a refund. You can find out more specific details on my terms and conditions page regarding cancellations.

Updates, Photos, and Videos

1. How often do you update the members area?
• Every single Monday an archive gallery and/or a brand new gallery is posted. I do not have a set time frame of how often a new video will be posted at this time. You can expect at least one brand new gallery every month. I also plan to add one new video every month. Visit my updates page to see what galleries and videos I have coming up in the near future.
  
  
2. Why can I not see the full size pictures in the tour? How can I see the full size picture?
• The thumbnail samples on page 2 and 3 of the tour (the galleries and archive pages) are to show you a teaser of what that gallery is about. In order to view the full size you must be a member. As a member you can see the entire gallery of all of my current galleries, videos, and bonus sections. I do offer free samples on the first page of the tour which can be enlarged.
  
  
3. Why do the free pictures have writing across the front of the photos? Do all of your photos have that?
• This is to prevent them from being stolen and used on other sites, which sadly happens very often. Only my free samples have that annoying copyright. The photos in my members area have only a small copyright in the corner of the photo.
  
  
4. Why is the video not showing up?
• Make sure that you have unblocked the site by either clicked the yellow ActiveX bar at the top of your page in Internet Explorer or approve the site in your preferred browser. The block content warnings from your browser will prevent the videos from loading. Only the video will show up in the browser. You will never have any pop-up advertisements found on my site.
  
  
5. Are the videos able to be downloaded?
• No, they are not downloadable or able to be saved. They are playable in the browser only.
  
  
6. Why is the video choppy when I try to view it?

   • The video is still loading the portion you are trying to view which causes it to be choppy. The white bar at the bottom of the video shows it's loading status. Simply wait for it to load more or completely and you will find that the choppiness will go away.
     
     
7. How can I see all of the archive galleries?
• These are retired galleries and no longer viewable all the time. A new one is posted every Monday as my "Archive Gallery of the Week" and will be available for only one week at a time before it is retired again. You can request which galleries you would like to see. Keep in mind that I post these galleries based upon who requests them first and only ONE gallery per week. There may be a wait before your requested gallery is posted. I will let you know the date it will be posted ahead of time and again when it is ready for viewing. To make sure you catch all of your favorite archives galleries simply make sure you are a member and/or check back every Tuesday to see which gallery has been posted for that week.
  
  
8. How long before you post my archive gallery request?
• Only ONE archive gallery is posted each week. They are posted as a first come/first serve. If there are not any requests ahead of yours then it will be posted with the next update. If there are several requests ahead of yours then it will be posted after them. To find out exactly when your favorite archive gallery or galleries will be posted next please visit the bottom of the updates page for an exact date.
  
  
9. Do any of your galleries have topless of full nude photos?

   • No, I do not have any nudity on my site at all. I believe in the art of tease! The closest to nudity that you will find on my site is what is called "implied nudity" which is when you know part of me is nude but yet I am still covered in some way by either my hands, the way I am positioned, or something silky. Most of my galleries I am completely covered, only a few galleries have implied nude photos. What can I say, I love to leave you guys wanting to see more and fantasizing about what is underneath.
     

Shop - Items for Sale

1. Do you sell any of the items you wear in your galleries?
• Yes! I have many items already listed in my For Sale section. If there is something you are interested in and it is not listed, then please just send me a message and ask.
  
  
2. Do you sell worn pantyhose or stockings?
• Yes, I sure do. I have some items already worn and ready to go listed in my For Sale Hosiery section. Plus you're welcome to request any certain color, style, brand, and how many days you'd like me to wear them for you.
  
  
3. Will you wear a slip before you ship it?
• Sure, I can wear it a couple hours or so and take it off right before shipping if you would like. Just be sure to request it as I normally just ship them.
  
  
4. Will you or do you send pictures of you wearing the item that is bought?

   • No, this is not something I do automatically but I can do it. However, it does cost extra since it takes extra work to do the pictures. The price will vary based upon what you are wanting.
     
     

Additional Questions

1. Do you accept gifts?
• Yes! I absolutely love to receive gifts of all kinds. What can I say? I'm spoiled. lol I have a little wish list set up on my about me page but you are welcomed to send anything you would like. I will send you something back as a thank you, whether it be access to my members section, email you photos, or something I have worn.
  
  
2. Do you meet or talk on the phone with your fans?
• No, I do not meet or talk on the phone with anyone since I like to keep my personal life and web life separate.
  
  
3. Will you do free cam2cam or cam shows?

   • No, I do not do free cam2cam or free cam shows. However, I can do a private cam show for someone who buys a gift for me. You can find out more information at http://www.slipcloset.com/cam.html.
